The Salutation’s first floor function room is available to hire for a wide variety of events.
It is equipped with a projector, projector screen and audio system for presentations, film screenings, and more. The space also has a supplementary Bluetooth audio system for background music, audio installations, and more.
The room is furnished with various activities in mind and can be reconfigured to suit your event. The room can be divided into two distinct spaces using the sliding panels pictured below.
The capacity of the function room is 40. At present, access for those with disabilities is limited. Please get in touch with us for detailed access information.
Previous events to have taken place in the Salutation function room include: Bunker Talks, art exhibitions, table-top game nights, retirement parties, all-day conferences, film screenings, and various workshops.
We offer catering for events and we are happy to discuss any ideas you may have for your event.
MMU staff and students are able to hire the function room for free and we offer competitive hire rates to clients from outside of the organisation.
